About ADAIR LLC
Wayne County and Rosewood community resident Steve P. Keen, developer of ADAIR, is committed to serving others and aspires to grow communities in rural Eastern North Carolina. ADAIR is a 60-acre community development that brings much-needed healthcare and residential housing resources to the rural side of western Wayne County.
ADAIR is already home to Goshen Medical Center, Rosewood Medical. Goshen’s presence in ADAIR includes primary care, wellness and dental and affords access to integrated, holistic healthcare in rural Wayne County.
Other businesses planning to locate at ADAIR include DaVita Dialysis and N.C. Community Federal Credit Union, as well as Adair Place, which brings professional workforce residences to the Rosewood community. DaVita and Adair Place are currently under construction.
Long-term, Steve envisions ADAIR bringing a variety of additional complementary businesses to rural, western Wayne County, including retirement village, single-family patio homes, additional professional offices, restaurants and retail.
